There is a lot of things to learn… But life is too short.. So utilize your every moment to learn from everything. Not only books but if you stay silent then you will notice your environment also teaches you a lot of things.
I want start making my "To feel list", about feelings that I want to feel, or I am mindfully choosing to feel. I know other feelings will come, and I will accept them, but most of these are ones that I aspire to feeling. (I don’t particularly want to feel lonely or exposed, but I do want to be aware of the pandemic and live with good loving decisions, like wearing a mask and using Zoom, when I would rather not. To love others and myself.so first i will try this technicue,I will chosee feelings that i want to feel and write 5 explanations for each sense.
Be happy in life!😊
I wish you to be the best version of you in the worst and difficult moments you face along your life.
Truth… Its important to enjoy ur journey first…

The best view comes after hardest climb.
Cycling up to Uetliberg 523m up.
So today I woke up a bit irritated, and all during my meditation there were a bunch of cars just driving by which made it worse. I didn't want to stop though, and that made me feel a bit better. Now it's onto yoga!!!
Don’t ask what’s the least you can do. Ask what’s the most you can bear.
Dissect how you spend your time. It reveals your priorities.
Build confidence and momentum with each good decision you make from here on out and choose to be inspired.
Prior to each meditation, I suggest you keep these three intentions in mind and then let them go:
1️⃣I want nothing – you’re putting aside all your desires, including that for a “good” meditation; you don’t want to know or plan anything
2️⃣I am doing nothing – letting go of all effort
3️⃣I am nothing – letting go of all the labels you put on yourself
There is no way to happiness - happiness is the way.
It hurts, but that’s all it does. The most difficult part of the training is training your mind. You build calluses on your feet to endure the road. You build calluses on your mind to endure the pain. There’s only one way to do that. You have to get out there and run.
Your future depends on many things… mostly it depends on you!
