Every day make a day plan. Try to stay on track if its on your plan you wanted to do it or for it to get done.
Listen to. Uplifting nusic when upset. Your favorite get up and dance song
Make a journal about your feekings and ideas. Address it to the person who did it
Say 4 true nice things about the person your mad at beforeanything mean.
If ots not fact its not true. People will hate but when that happens stand tall and proud. You must rememver you knew a relationship is hard. So show them your team is unbreakable
No fighting in public. No including others. And when you love someone in any way putting harm to them should never be an option

When we get mad we tend to say and do things we dont mean to.We hurt the very people we swear we love. For this challenge when you feel like your getting mad and ready to snap stop. Go into a queit room for 5 mins. Breathe. Address the situation with a closed moth and open and understanding mind. Before you address the situation remember this. No one is perfect. We all make mistakes. When you decided to let this person come into your life you accepted their imperfections. Your not perfect.but doesnt mean you have to be wrong or right. Sometimes we dont take tge time to listen. Solutions can only be solved on 1. Facts 2. Understanding. 3. A goal 4. A plan to reach the goal.
