Common tips, but it is useful to remind and review them. I need to focus more on breaks.

This virtual guy copies my life 😁 I do the same except hoarding money, recording the cost of each item is nonsense, just focus on the large costs such as mortgage, car, etc.

I am very happy that these people will take the time to write me some encouraging words. It has to do with one quote that I have in the first post to this challenge. Surround your self with positive people.

Good mood ? It's only about chemistry 🧪Good sleep, love, fun, sport, healthy food, sun. I think you can influnce this every day. And what about my day ? I have "to do list" at work and this is related to dopamine. The same story is some sport goal for the day, for instance 10km of running. I excercise/run/ride a bike every day which is related almost with all hormones. I also have some oxytocin sometimes..😁 Maybe just a little more laughter and fun is missing, I should work on that !

Most of us are almost without any social contact now. I worked in the office, had bowling team, played amateur table tennis league, hit the gym, played the guitar with friends, etc. A lot of things changed. I keep discipline which means job, sport, healthy food, digital detox and relax every day. Digital detox means also to stay away from negative people. I do not use any social networks except this app and Adidas app for sport. The people from Adidas are great and full of positive energy. If you have feeling that some virtual people give you negative energy, do not hesitate to unfollow them, it is your life and your choice.

This is true, of course, but if you work with people on a daily basis, you can't unfortunately ignore their opinions and feelings about you. You can't say it's their opinion and you don't care because it would have a negative result on your work. It is difficult to cooperate with people who take themselves too seriously, you certainly have such an experience. You need to be able to guess everyone and deal with them accordingly to bring results and successful work. I don't know if everyone can learn this or if it's a given ability. In my environment they are very good professionals, but their social iq is not very high and there are the opposite cases too.

Time to think about your weaknesses. One of my weaknesses is that I am very analytically oriented. Schedules, graphs, tables, numbers, deadlines .. I tend to apply it to everything, so I can put pressure on myself and it can also affect relationships. Today I made progress and canceled the deadline for ending this challenge and set it to infinite. How Relaxing! 😄

a) Practicing mindfulness
During lunch break I usually go for a walk or run, prepare lunch and when I am tired I listen to binaural beats. I try not to think about anything, to relax … mostly then I fall asleep for a while.
b) Reading a book is a great activity, unfortunately I am not willing to do it after work, I try to read a bit on weekends.
c) Learning a new skill. My job is based on that.
d) A digital detox. I do not use any social networks and I do not watch news. I watch tv very rarely.

Self-Care Strategy. I am the first case, I feel mentally stimulated all the time, I am only more older and without bustling social life 😄

One of the most important thing related to personal development is self-evaluation. We have different tools for this, such as apps, books, tests, etc. I like self-evaluation report method which I used in my previous post regarding physical self-care, this way is more creative and pushes you to think about yourself more than some test from a book. However, the books I share are also good way how to find your strengths and talents. Liptak's book is more for fun and Barrett's book is more developed. It helps you to find your strengths in the three important fields, such as Skills, Character and Motivation.

A few words about self-reflection

Time to review my efforts in this field. Without the opportunity to go to the gym and participate in my favorite amateur leagues this was a bit of a new challenge, especially from the point of view of maintaining motivation. I bet on applications and gadgets. Here is a list of my applications and their usage.
Challenge Achieved - challenges with friends, measurement of progress
Adidas - tracking of running and cycling, sport comunity, cheering
Mi Fit, Notify - HR, steps and sleep monitoring
Google Fit - month goal for activities, checking of blood pressure
Kaloricke Tabulky - daily tracking of every meal, stats and tips for improvement
Fitness Evolved - home xbox workout
UFC Trainer - home xbox workout
I am not very satisfied with the results so far, there is still a lot of room for improvement, especially sleep and weight. I think that I am rather average regarding physical self-care.

I'm not a fan of iq, although my number is high😁, but I think it measures only a small area of our abilities. There is an equilibrium in nature, I think that every person has an area in which he is very good, he just has to discover it.

I'm interested in psychology, philosophy, intelligence theory, etc. As a structural engineer with work around the world, unfortunately, I don't have as much time and energy for these things as I would like, because my work is quite exhausting. I try to watch some videos, read books and share interesting content on this topic. The ten rules in the first post offer the first opportunity to think. I will read each of them carefully and think about whether I follow it and if I could improve this area in some way.
