Burnt: 150 calories (running 20 minutes)

I can't believe I finally got it!
The time was longer than expected but I've got my conclusions:

Water can be the best friend you will ever have.
*Exercising 35 minutes a day is magical.

Seriously?!?! How long is it gonna take? I've tried everything, diet, exercise, lots of water every day, I feel healthier but when I see those numbers π£π£, still 6kg away from my goal, any suggestions???
