Eat as healthy as you can for a 31 day period. Food must contain enough vitamins, minerals, and nutrition.

How?
Task list contains what should not be consumed. So in the morning review what you should not eat and in the evening check those boxes which foods you did not consume. The goal is to check all the tasks each day meaning that you should eat only healthy.
