1st day, 5th meal: cucumber salad, batter from chicken cutlet and for meal/drink: cup of hot chocolate with additional milk. I did it!
1st day, 4th meal: mashed potatoes with butter and garlic, part of a huge chicken cutlet and cucumber salad (cucumber and cream, garlic, salt and pepper). Also 4th glass of juice! Nearly done for today!
First day, third meal: chocolate yoghurt. Also, 3rd glass: tea with lemon.
I know it isn't really healthy eating but for now I just want to get used to habit of eating 5 meals and drinking 5 glasses per day. Once the habit is setted, I will continue to eat more healthy, helping in gaining weight foods.
First day, first meal - yoghurt with salty caramel. Also drank 1st glass of juice.
