The most difficult is to determinate maintanance calories, ie the total number of calories per day without losing weight or gaining weight. I used data from tdeecalculator.net, Google Fit connected with Adidas (my app for workouts) and a smart band. But the app and band do not include all calories and for tdeecalc you do not know your level. So what is the value of my maintenance calories ? 5kg lost in 50 days + avg calorie intake = (5*7700/50)+1950=2720cal.
