So I've been thinking about how I can stop being lazy, and BAM!!! It hit me do a challenge with family and friends that I like and talk to "lol". So it's that good peer pressure from people I care about. So I was like how can this be done and again BAM!! We can do a work out, and find an app everyone can use. So the workout is below and we have to do it every day for 10 days straight. The catch is if you do not finish or miss a day you pay $10 to be split in between all the other players, and you have to make a video to post on YouTube of eating a Ghost pepper.
