I drink 1st 1.5L from 9am - 3pm then 2nd from 3pm-8pm.
You should be drinking at least 30ml per 1 kg of your body weight. I always drink before each meal and generally a bit every 30 mins๐ง ๐ง

Many people, however, forget about one very important thing, namely proper hydration of the body. Doctor turn our attention to this issue because itโs vital. If you become dehydrated, no diet or nutritional supplements will help you. The organism will not be able to adjust. According to doctors, the ideal amount of water is around 1.5 to 2 liters per day. What is most important here is that itโs pure water - not juices and teas, and absolutely not coffee, that flush water out of your system. It is also important not to drink the water all at once, but in small, frequent portions.
One of my tricks this time of year to not only drink more water but to detox at the same time is adding a few simple targeted ingredients to my water. ๐๐
