Here is the thing. I will continue with my daily workouts as usual. I will do exercises, cardio and so on, but I am changing my daily meal plan. It will be really interesting to see what will happen if switch my healthy diet with some junk foods. So, I am adding to my menu foods like hamburgers, pizza, French fries, fried chicken, fried fish, fried ice cream, fried alligator on a stick with bacon covered with fried unicorn milk, donuts, chocolate, beer, fanta, cola, more cola.. and some vodka as well. First meal 5000 calories hotdogs, fries, donuts, coke, fanta. Let's start Big.
