Day 1- pick an item for yourself that you carry it with you everyday . If it helps to name it , or if it reminds you of something significant in your life .or it has no value and you just decide to pick a bracket , a piece of rope wrapped around your wrist , a necklace . Something in your pocket , earrings , ring . A ring . Like a talisman as something that processes magical powers and symbolizes your daily practices power . You carry that with you to continue lay keep you in a meditative phase and reminds you that regardless of anything that happens today , incidents , thoughts , emotions ( your whole existence , every molecule every , cell and atom is made out of love and tremendous energy. Anything that causes you distress , pain , resentment , hate , you hold that item touch it close your eyes and see and feel each atom in your body and in the world that’s made out of love . Bless the situations and let it go and feel love pushes all this thoughts out of the window. Outer work . Pick a corner of your life , room , car , work place , that overwhelms you , is chaotic and in disorder . Give it order , give it organization , bless it and let go of what needs to go . And see the clean organized version in order and spend some time with it
( Day 2 ) Keeping your talisman , find a mantra for yourself and use the mantra as your magic word that holds power to magically shift things . Hold your mantra like it’s something that you say and changes outcomes and situations for you. Use your mantra a few times daily and shift your focus on gratitude. On gratitude for the modern , luxurious life that you have . Electricity , fancy car , fancy lifestyle , electronics , clean water and ect... use gratitude and be grateful . Use your mantra 3 times mandatory during your meditation and focus on. gratitude and more if feel like you need to raise your vibration and feel stronger . Your outer work would be using clean running water washing something And cleaning . Could be a haircut and a nice wash after , could be an exfoliating session, could be doing your laundry , shaving your beard , washing the dirty dishes that been waiting in the sink , a dirty clothes , car , shoes or anything else’s jus use water and cleanse and make sure by doing so . Cleans e and wash away resentment , guilty , pain and anxiety
Day 3 Remembering a memory in your childhood before any of this ever mattered . That you were absolutely joyful there must be one day that everything in your life as a child looked and seemed magical and amazing and you felt like the luckiest happiest kid alive . Remembering that and realizing how you always can be like that . And b happy and joyful . Like a meditation . All day outer work : take an hour to do reading as a ritual of love . Take a minute to read from half an hour to an hour . And during reading make your inner and outer space calm and beautiful . Make sure you read in an atmosphere that triggers good feelings. Coffee shop , library , book store , park , cafe , or your room with candles music and good aroma. .
( Day 4 )
1. Inner —> confront negative self talk with the mantra. In my case ( Prayana) Each time instead of that self talk just say the mantra u have and stop it or shift it to an opposite statement . If it’s a negative thing say the opposite of that thing about you and your life . Instead of my life sucks say my life is miraculous. Instead of I always fuck this up , say I always am great and wonderful . It’s okay
Outer . Spend half an hour to an hour doing some physical activity . Anything from walking in nature ; to weights . Swimming . Anything or just random body movements with music lol anything that will help with blood circulation. Heart rate and breath. And will activate some hormones or release more of those in our bodies
( Day 5 ) Inside practice: Retrain your mind to take your focus off your worries. We both know what we think about can manifest some pretty crap situations. So every time your mind goes to something you’re afraid of, or worrying about, pull yourself out with your mantra. Take yourself back to that place of love.
Outside work: Go somewhere new. Anywhere you haven’t been before. Could be close could be far. Maybe a place you’ve wanted to check out but haven’t. But go experience some new surroundings. See where it takes you.
( Day 6 ). Inner work do guided meditation for 10 minutes for manifestation . Maybe a video on utube close to what you desire .
And the rest of the day , continually focus on our health and be grateful for it .
Say the mantra and remember the biggest gift has already been gifted to us
Outer . I say let’s do this . Inner cleans drinking lost and lost of fluids and water. . Also will be a good way to start a clean diet maybe.
( Day 7 ).
Inside work : using old bad memories as something positive. I personally relive old memories over and over again. So today I wanted to try and focus on the positive results from shitty memories. Sorta like... good things that came from bad situations.

( Day 8 ) focus on appreciating some of the people in our lives who support us. And really focus on them . Especially the ones who seem to love us unconditionally. Outer work :

Mirror Work
Look at your self 3 times minimum in the mirror . Morning , afternoon and before sleeping. And it could be done more depending on how you are adjusting to it
Looking at yourself In the mirror and saying : I love you ( your name ) and I accept you ( your name ) and I am taking good care of you ( your name ) And inhale and exhale still looking at your self . Then ask yourself looking in the mirror what can I do to make you happy today ?
This might be very cheesy when you read it . But this is one of louse Hays famous works done . And as gay as it sounds most of us when it comes down to looking at the mirror either fake it or get irritated . Stay with it . Look at your self , your face . Your eyes and your true self . And repeat those words . Repeat your mantra too .
( Day 9 ). Your challenge for today is to take one person from your past who has intentionally or unintentionally hurt you badly . Picture a hot burning piece of metal held between you and that person . They’re always with you and what they did is still with you and you are still holding on to that burning metal carrying that around with you . It’s affecting your life , maybe it in a awkward way affects their life . Who knows . But it is a big part of your life . Think of them , think of what they did or said . Try to imagine you’re letting go of that piece of metal you’re holding thats burning you and they are letting go of that on the other end . Maybe that metal restores ya the hurt . Once you let go it should hurt less . Picture them as you”re letting go of them , that they are having a good life with a smile on their face . And be okay with their happiness . They can be alive , they can be dead , they can be near and they can be far . Practice doing this and forgiving them , forgiving the past and they way things happened and unfolded . . Remember this couple of times a day and let go . Repeat your mantra and set them free and set yourself free from the pain and the hurt and holding on to what happened in the past . Outer work - Put your feet somewhere in warm or cold water .... a pool , a jacuzzi , a little pond outside ( I know it’s cold there ) if not at home , a bucket , bathtub, sink . Put some stuff you have in there if you want . Essential oils . What ever soaps . And as your feet are soaked in water say your mantras . Water purifies and feet are a very sensitivie and neglected part of our bodies . That carry the heavy weight and many toxins . It goes hand in hand with the inner work practice of the day
( Day 10 ) Compliment yourself all day . Everyone negative thoughts come and kick in use your mantra first then compliment your self . Say good things about your self . About your life . About your dreams . About your goals . Outer work : Do something nice for yourself . -
( Day 11 ) Repeat day 10 - Stronger
( Day 12 ). Today will be a practice in positive affirmation mainly focusing on dismissive beliefs about success and a prosperous life . Today you are going to focus on your inner monologue . Not only observe and Monitor it . But immediately change every negative inner monologue into “ I allow my life to be good “ this will be part of the practice for the remaining days as well . You can adopt this as a mantra . The main focus is to give yourself the permission to be successful and happy and not to feel guilty about it . This will be a stepping stone into , being able to change the limiting beliefs and fears you subconsciously have that stop you from reaching your higher life . The life that you are designed to live and you are stopping your self from reaching it . Your outer work : Do Laundry 🧺 today . Take time to separate your clothes . But do it with love and patience . If you have to go somewhere go somewhere , if not do it at home . Sword are the colors . Throw clothing items individually in the basket or the washing mashing . Individually take them out . Bless them. Smell them . Say thank you and fold them in the designated area .
Day 13 - All day use visualization to put yourself in better situations and happy situations . What meditation and visualization do is that they stop your mind from the negative chatter that’s going on internally . Our minds are continuously having most of the time negative chatter even though some of it based on our instinctive survival habits . But mainly it’s things that happened that continually translate into bad and negative things and we constantly overhear the mind with these thoughts . visualization trains you to have moments where you train your mind to believe and see itself in good happy positive and almost impossible scenarios and enjoy it . Use this tool to calm your mind down . Also do something for yourself today and expect a check from the world , or someone if it is more realistic to you . Go do your nails, do yoga , help an animal , get a message , and feel rejuvenated and excited and know the world will reward you for this
( Day 13 ). Repeat Day 12
Day 14 - visualize the problems of all hour loved ones , all the you want to help , the world anything about your self can be solved with a magic stick you have . Imagine you have a magic stick that finds answers , cures and solutions to problems . Who ever you speak to today . What ever interactions you may have and come across problems of others specifically that you cannot find solutions to or they over whelm you , use your magic stick to find a solution for . Close your eyes see moving the magic stick and finding a solution . Contemplate on that person and what you can do for them and let go. Do an hour or half an hour physical activity today . Focus on solutions and happiness
( Day 14 ). Today’s focus will be on controlling and managing your temper , and anger . You are going to focus on being less impulsively reactive to events , poeple and situations and be more responsive . There’s going to be also a few techniques you’re going to apply when confronted with situations that trigger intense and extreme angry and frustrated responses within you . 1. Breathing . Deep inhales and exhales almost loud so you can hear them and feel your Diagfram opening and closing
2. Count to 30 in situations when you are going to have a reaction that will spiral out of control.
3 .Try leaving the room of the atmosphere you are present at . Doesn’t matter if it’s a person on the phone you are mad at . Or someone in person . Or someone in your mind . When ever you feel mad at something , immediately leave that place temporarily. 4. Use humor to crack your brain and split the thought that is triggering a negative and angry response within you . Put more of your focus on making that situation funny in your head if you were a stand up comedian than to have an angry violent reaction like a boxer . Know you can protect yourself and be confident by that and secure by that , then use your mind and thoughts to come up with a happy thought . 5. Carrying a piece of paper , in case of extreme anger ripping that ( optional ) but might be helpful like a stress ball :) but tearing it mindfully . You can even do the counting while doing that . Outer work : go through your items and belongings and find items you don’t need , been holding on and are old and need to be donated , or leave your living space and life .
( Day 15 ). Repeating Day 14
Day 16 - try to do meditation 3 times a day - Also take care of something that you have procrastinated or neglected
( Day 16 ). Inner : practice manifesting an immediate and a future scenario . Try picturing and visualizing your self in a certain situation that you have always wanted and also practice manifesting something tomorrow . And if you don’t see results and just learn to laugh at it and be grateful for what ever that happened . If you want you can draw a photo, find a few photos online and make a slideshow or write it down and have a little scenario or story as in how you will get there , what will you have and how would you feel . And see it so much almost believe it . Any limiting thoughts that will stop you from that throw them away. And really visualize and believe it to manifest . outer : incorporate Consuming a lot of Fruits and vegetables in your diet today .... and bless each before consumption , focus on them in your diet more than anything else and b grateful for the fruits and vegetables , bless them and ask the fruit or the vegetable in your mind or our loud to bless your physical body with its magic. There won’t be no food restrictions for the day. You are allowed to consume anything else that you like but pay attention and focus to fruits and vegetables
Day 17 - Focus on cleaning today. A clean soul a clean body a clean mind a clean heart a a clear soul

Day 18 - do a mirror work . Look at yourself in the mirror in the eyes I am here to love you. I accept and approve of you the way you are and I am here to always love you and accept you . Do that 3 times a day - Reward yourself for taking care of your need . Forgive one person in the past and accept their deeds bless them and let them go . Focus on Cleaning. Letting go . Organizing . Do something for someone
- ( Day 1 tell a different story about your life to others . Listen to the story other people have of your life . Outer work : make food for your self today and invite someone and break bread and share food :) Fighting anger - fighting anxiety - fighting fear - detach yourself from your childhood - detach yourself from your past - dissolve past bad experiences - try to pick up a new habit and a program to learn - sign up for a class - do something u have been neglecting for a while - visualization practice - Magic stick practice -
( Day 18 ) Tell a different story about your life to your self and to others . Use affirmations for yourself and also for others you can highlight the good parts and maneuver around those and focus on those and talk about those . Could be strengths , could be things you’re lucky and blessed with . Could be gifts , talents and potentials you have . Friends you have , things you have achieved , love to do or have interest in and have access to those . Talk about an area of your life that brings you to life , makes you happy and gives you fire . And really feel it . Tell someone a little about it . Also use personal inner affirmations for your self . Outer Work : Use , Folding , ironing and blessing your clothes . Throw away the ones you don’t need . Wherever you go and what ever you do today have a big smile on your face
( Day 19 ) Repeat Day 18 . Wear a smile on your face the whole day when meeting with people .
( Day 20 ). Practice Gratitude first thing in the morning 5 things you are grateful for - And all day read through it . Outer : Do something creative
( Day 21 ). Practice Faith . Regardless of your belief system . This is not a religious faith practice nor spiritual. This is you and yourself . This is between you and life . This is between you and the universe . This is the faith that a seed has for becoming a flower . Throw faith on every negativity that pops up in your mind that makes you antsy, anxious or worried . Channel faith when someone says something or a situation gets out of your control. Have faith when you doubt yourself. When you doubt your future and the happiness and the peace and the health you have and going to have. Have faith in other people . That they are there for you and will be there for you . Have faith in the world so it will be a better place . Have faith in life , that it always will take care of you. Outer : try a healthy diet .
( Day 22 ) ..................................................... Practicing Patience . With yourself . With a process . With doing something and reading something. Practice patience with other people. The things about them that irritates you and makes you annoyed and stressed . If you think they’re slow or they’re too fast . If you think they are loud or they are stupid . Channel love for them. Remind yourself that what ever bothers you about others is actually connected to something within you . An experience. A belief. Have patience with the process of something you are doing . If you are eagerly waiting for some results. Or you want a house , money . Relationship , freedom , a better body , health . Happiness , education , a new pet , a new item . A vacation , an approval . A promotion . Practice being in the now and enjoying it . Outer : Take cate or something that you have been neglecting for a while .
( Day 23 ) ................................................... You are going to work on abundant , prosperity and financial freedom . You are going to focus on a goal you have which is career related , something you want to make , create , build , a business you want to start , or a license you want to get . You are going to all day focus on the options you have . Outlets -routs and ways to make this goal happen . You will think of the budget you would need and the poeple you will need to meet to make this happen. You will visualize all of it . Make a story board of your dream. If it’s a product , a business , a new invention , an item a place of work , a business , a discovery , draw it . Have. A story bird. How is it going to be ? Who do you need to get I touch with ? How is the whole thing going to work ? What is your idea ? Draw it out , write it down , record you voice , if it’s music , a script idea . Something with technology , comedy , a dream job , anything , think it through . Draw it. Then think of the budget and how you have that budget and focus on this . Really focus on it but not disappointed cause you don’t. Have the money or the connection or what ever else you need . But really focus on the goal , the joy and the outcome . Your outer work : you are going to write a check down to the world , the universe , a cause you’d like to donate , an organization you’d like to help , someone you’d like to appreciate , someone you’d like to survive , something you’ve been wanting to take care of for a long time and you didn’t . Write that check that . It doesn’t have to be a million dollars. It only has to be a little bit above what you can afford . It doesn’t have to be a crazy number or if you feel like go for the crazy number but believe it in your heart and feel the appreciation z this practice is not for the money but for the relaxation and the joy you would feel while doing that . Second outer work : start an offer up or let go and post things up to sell . Items you have had and wanted to sell . Separate them . Put them in a box and one by one post them up . Again even though this is a practice for getting money it helps you get organized with your life and start selling shit and hey I tot he habit of receiving money also using what you already have. Instead of hoping for what you could have
( Day 17 ). Outer work : in any situation what ever your reaction is stop for a second and ask yourself why am I feeling this right now ? Dig Down for a second . And get back to what ever it is that you wanted to do . Get really sad and unhappy . Get really mad . Get really aggressive . Get freaky guilty . Get really hateful . Get really revengeful ? Get really vengeful ? Get really upset ? Start really hurting ? Stop yourself and ask yourself ... ( your name ) why are you feeling this way ? ... A. Try to maintain energy , because you are going to need it . Maintain and gain. And when you lose be very careful of how you do , be in charge and voluntarily give it away B. Try not judging no one and nothing for a day when the feeling of judgment comes surpass it and see how magic will happen that which you see in others is within you C . Try to break old habits and start new ones . Observe your thoughts , observe your mind see what do you resist , is it because of fear ? Find it , identify it , analyze it then start new one with being really persistent with it and show up every time . Don’t dwell on it but show up D. Control the inner chatter , don’t let these negative talks to come in . I’m this and I’m that thoughts. Stop the chatter with positive affirmations E. Don’t Criticize yourself , love your instead . Every time you critique yourself do something loving instead for your self today ! / Organizing your room /. Practicing not being a procrastinator / practice discipline / practice being responsive instead of reactive / practice sense of humor / practice picking up a new habit / practice no sugar day / cook for yourself /
( Day 24 ) ............................................Repeat day 23 / also visualize success that has to do with money . Ask your self what doesn’t stop you from reaching your goals . What makes you afraid of success , what causes you to not want to sign up for success but sign up for failure . What makes you scared of success ? Is it the work that you have to be doing ?! What is it ? Write a check to the work what ever cause or organization, write a check to your self !
