1. Seek discomfort: say yes to scary things that you are afraid of
2. Find a Workout you enjoy: weights, dance, swim….: just move your Body!
3. Spend More Time with People in Person: Not just online. Our body responds to being with persons differently.
4. Reduce your screen time. In average people spend „1,3 years in a decade“ on their Screen. Don‘t let your phone run your life, dont be addicted
5. Get paid for your Passion, it doesn‘t matter if its you Main Job.
