Evening run. It's very hot during the day, but it's nice that summer is starting 🌺🌾🌻🍀🏖🌞
This week I wasn't active every day, I had a lot of work to do, but I tried to alternate between different kinds of movement. The weather was beautiful and I got to know interesting places 😀
The weather is bad for walking and running 🌬💧🌦 , but it is not very cold 👍…On Monday without a fitness watch, I think I walked about 7,000 steps.
During last April I had 15 running activities, this year only 6 … in 2021 I walk more, but I think that is also healthy for the body, especially in winter … I plan to run more again in the coming months. I should also add another sport, because my activities are rather one-sided 🏃♀️🚶♀️
