We seem to go through lots of milk in the Caswell household. We don’t have space in the garden for Daisy the Cow, but we have recently switched to The Modern Milkman who deliver our milk (and the occasional cream soda - remember that bright green stuff? Joe is hooked…) in glass bottles 3 times per week 🐮

Just got rid of our 6 month collection of recyclable plastic packaging (the type that can’t go in the home collection stuff so would be sent to landfill otherwise)

Checking the smart meter as usual when I am making a cup of tea. Switched off the electric floor heating to save energy.

Improving our morning routine- more cuddles with the dog and aspire to a walk before work in the spring/ summer months 🐶 dog therapy- great for your mental health 😀

I took the opportunity a few weeks ago during the three hour laptop update to watch The Friendly Guide to Climate Change and a Greta Thunberg TED talk. I made Joe watch the Friendly Guide as well 😁

So here are the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel bars that I bought to try. I’m going to keep trying different options until a find a scent that I like. According to the KinKind website, buying these saved 5 plastic bottles from being manufactured…

I have been vegetarian for years and years. I don't miss meat and can't imagine eating it now. It does take a bit more time to cook but you get into the habit.
