I passed only 1 Week without social media, and I discovered many things:
1-it harms your mental health; it makes you feel like you are alone and other people are better than you etc …
2-it a great time-killer, I always wanted to do so much things but I had no enough time just because all my time is passed through social media, but without using facebook and instagram, i have done many things because I found enough time to practice whatever i like lile running, programming etc ..
3-It is all fake, everything you see on social media is nothing but a whole joke ..
IF I CAN DO IT, YOU ALSO CAN !❤
