Week 9
There's a mistake on the app so i calculate it myself. It was a great week. My goal for this week was to control my eating window and i did it well. πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈπŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ
I also tried omad but i couldn't last more than 5 days. It's not the time for omad for me. maybe later.
