This challenge was not so succesful because the target was to increase avg daily intake from 300 to 400g. Result ? 400*0.77=308g 🤭 The only positive thing about that challenge is that I bought a new plate for healthy eating 😁
This challenge is piece of cake with my new plate, 200g of fruit/vegetables per portion so two such meals and that's it ✅
I look forward to a smothie in the afternoon, which will be made of almond milk, banana, mango and mint 😋
Macros and calories are nice but it's also important what you eat. My 40-day avg amount of fruit and vegetables is only 300g, so I want to improve my intake.
