Find joy in the little things ! Today I have time off, I went to buy vegetables and made this great lunch, which I combined with breakfast. Now I will rest for a while and then I will ride a bike. Have a nice day everyone!
Something sweet for today. Almond butter, fruit, seeds, protein pudding.
I am not so creative in this challlenge. Basically, I alternate three meals. This healthy plate, oatmeal or curd with some nut butter and fruit. However, it works well and preparing of such a breakfast takes max 10 min which is accetable.
After a couple of days from the end of my challenges related to healthy eating, the bad habits are back 😁 Breakfast in hurry, not enough vegetables and fruit, too much coffee and chocolate, etc. I have to focus on healthy eating and breakfast is the best way how to remind me this at the beginning of the day.
