There is 1 rule: use your coldest setting for 3-5 minutes and do whatever it takes to stay in. For me it's listening to fast pace music and dancing around like a fool. 😁

This will be a challenge that will help improve your willpower and focus. It is easy to wake up in the morning and step into the comfort of a hot relaxing shower, however to wake up and do something which your body finds uncomfortable is not an easy task. By doing this challenge you will see all kinds of benefits that will help you in all aspects of life so it is definitely worth a go.

1. Mental Endurance
This task will help you improve your mental endurance because you are forcing your body to do something uncomfortable so to continuously stay in such a position for 5 minutes you will improve over the 30 days.

2. Better Skin
Stepping into a hot shower actually dries out the skin and removes essentials oils. A cold shower does not only benefit the skin by reducing inflamation and redness it helps itchy skin conditions like eczema.
