I already started this journey on the 5th of this month.. I've been exercising regularly (though not much, yet) and beem on a calorie deficit..

This challenge has been made late btw..

So today onwards I'll start posting all the stats.. ( diet and exercise )

On day 9, I never went for running. Actually I went to repair my Activa. It took more time as I expected. So now the target is going too far.

On day 1, I was bit nervous because in the past two months I just ran about 35-40 Km per month. I have had a doubt in my mind whether alI will complete or not. But I was motivated on day 1 and thought that I will take it to upto the end of the month. In the end I forget to say that On the first day I ran only 3.2 Km.

After getting leg injury, todays still I have gone gym to train my self… I got a lot of physical pain today, but believe me it gave me a lot of satisfaction when I stand up in front of mirror and said "I did it.."..
Keep going guys, no matter how much pain u feel, pain is temporary but once u did it, satisfaction is permanent πŸ˜‡

The more you get experience in gym the more you will realise that training a muscle once in a week is not enough.. You have to train every single muscle twice a week.. So this one is the best routine that I follow
