Not too bad! Just a few more weeks for a full year of meditation!
Today I woke up with that meh feeling that happens sometimes, so I went to gym for a quick cardio. Still didn't do the trick, although it helped a bit. Then, following my morning routine, after 30 minutes of meditation with Davidji, I felt as if something cleared my mind, there was a sense of, hum, I feel good! Job done! Body, mind, soul and heart Keep meditating🌞🙏
This was a much needed meditation. Yesterday I didn't finish a lot of my goals and I just felt overwhelmed. Like I was trying to do too much, and so I just needed a break. I felt bad about it, but going through this meditation I feel good again. I still have pressure but I don't feel overwhelmed or upset if I don't accomplish my goals. I'm just going to keep pushing through, knowing that I have a purpose
