After getting leg injury, todays still I have gone gym to train my self⦠I got a lot of physical pain today, but believe me it gave me a lot of satisfaction when I stand up in front of mirror and said "I did it.."..
Keep going guys, no matter how much pain u feel, pain is temporary but once u did it, satisfaction is permanent π
The more you get experience in gym the more you will realise that training a muscle once in a week is not enough.. You have to train every single muscle twice a week.. So this one is the best routine that I follow

1 hour in the gym + 1 hour of running + finished audiobook at the 10th km. Today was a productive day!
