The first week that I focused on hitting 10,000 steps per day was eye opening. What surprised me the most was that it really wasn’t as hard as I thought to get to 10,000 steps. Simple things like choosing to park across the parking lot, or getting up every hour during the day for a water or bathroom break made a big difference. I was getting home with closer to 5,000 steps. And then all I had to do was a 30-45 minute walk.
Trying to do the 1021km in 2021 challenge and I am So far behind 😭 really need to get back to it. Wonder if it would be cheating to do a daily update of walk depending on how much I walk with my fitbit rather than just only adding the actual walks I go on 🤔 how's everyone else doing this year?
Started anxiously pacing in the dentist reception waiting for my mom, so the receptionist made me a little slalom 😂❤️
My feet and my boy take me to places I have only dreamed of… Everyday is a new adventure🥰😀🤩
10000 steps achieved! 😊 Converted the parking area into my walkway 🚶♀️I was accompanied by a funky playlist 🎶🎵 I winded down my walk by listening to "Mindful Walking Meditation". Covered: 7.12km / Burnt: 319cal
I have completed day 2 and 3 aswell. 7km each day
Hiking and picnic day in Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove!
Let's fly away!
