I had to stop this challenge for health reasons. I have a syringe now and if my syringe runs out I will try to do this challenge again. Please help me to develop myself. I am so happy I found you and searched and found this app. I really liked this app. That is, people write about the challenges they face in fulfilling their ideas.

First Day with the plank challenge. Did not expect myself to do this good 😌 kinda proud.

I took break for the holiday, but it's time to get to work. Had to do today's plank in pieces, but I'll get back to it. #backagain

Now it starts to get really difficult. I can normally hold it for 2 mins and 30 secs. How the hell can I reach 5mins???
