Stress-eating is real. More to the point, when we’re stressed out, we tend to reach for a sugary fix, which I discovered while researching and creating my Sugar Free 3 program — a three-week plan on Openfit to help you lose weight, sleep better, and get healthier.


The best way to mitigate stress-induced sugar consumption is to — you guessed it — stress less. But that can be tricky to accomplish! So one way to consistently reduce your stress level is to incorporate self-care practices into your daily or weekly routine.

Well coming on day 5, It was very interested day because I did some better workout. I run 4.8 Km and by adding this now total of my running is 17 Km in five days. By passing every day it is becoming more interesting because if I will not run for any 2-3 days then I thing I will lose the challenge. Hope I will reach the target.

Well on the 3rd day, I again run about 3.2 Km which makes the total contribution of 3 days is 9.6 Km. While at running today I felt some problems. The reason behind that I run around 4pm - 5pm In India. It is very difficult to run at this time. But I have no choice. There is too much hotness at this time.

On day 1, I was bit nervous because in the past two months I just ran about 35-40 Km per month. I have had a doubt in my mind whether alI will complete or not. But I was motivated on day 1 and thought that I will take it to upto the end of the month. In the end I forget to say that On the first day I ran only 3.2 Km.

My goal is to maintain a gluten and dairy free diet duringfour months in order to decrease health problems linked to intestinal inflammation, ovarian cysts, PMS and endometriosis. After three surgeries, and having seen several reports (you can see some on youtube and reddit, in Portuguese, and some in English as well), of people who managed to get rid of or considerably reduce inflammation and symptoms after months following a rigorously with zero gluten, milk, dairy, sugar and alcohol, I'm going to give it a serious try this time.
I've done other similar diets, but I've never tried to completely eliminate the consumption of foods with these components, and I haven't managed to stay on a diet of this type for so many months either. Considering what I went through with the surgeries, I think it's worth it.

Took a late-night walk, listening to audio-lessons on the headphones (the only time I had left of my day to do some physical exercise 😵).

** I'm starting to get a little bit bored with the stationary bike and also afraid of hurt myself by over-exercising only one muscular group. So, I decided to try some other activities too.

** I Also changed my goal. I'm on a heavy routine right now, due to some extra tasks. I guess that 4 days of "cardio" per week is enough at the moment. I'll try the 21daychallenge again later.
