Started this change in July of 2018 when I began I was 163 lbs and am currently at 142.8
Today's 30 min workout..
Cardio+yoga
Max heart rate : 144
Also I'm doing my weekly juice fast today.. π€Έ
I already started this journey on the 5th of this month.. I've been exercising regularly (though not much, yet) and beem on a calorie deficit..
This challenge has been made late btw..
So today onwards I'll start posting all the stats.. ( diet and exercise )
Changes:: I feel happier and healthier than before..
The more you get experience in gym the more you will realise that training a muscle once in a week is not enough.. You have to train every single muscle twice a week.. So this one is the best routine that I follow
More than halfway done. A little bit excited. My body and stomach never felt as relaxed as recently. The first week is tough. Then it gets easier. Yesterday I cheated. Under my friendβs strong persuasion, I took a bite (less than 1oz) of his familyβs homemade cheesecake at 6pmπ.
I did it :') now i'm ready to start resistance workout.
Not doing so well in this challenge. Will have to buckle down and find my motivation again. Since I got away from this challenge, my weight and blood sugars have increased. Since I broke my knee, friends have been staying with dad and I. John has taken over the kitchen and has become quite the dictator about our food and eating times. Can't wait till I am functional again to take back control. He has OCD big time and as much as I have told him, he still does things his way. He has even told me as long as he is here, he will do things his way. I can't wait till he goes home. Meanwhile, I'll just have to bide my time and do what I can.
Still working on the fasting 14 hrs a day. It's difficult when someone else is doing the majority of the cooking. I have wrestled with John over letting me make my own morning smoothies. But he has finally relented. Just because I am temporarily in a wheelchair, doesn't qualify me as incapable of doing things myself. Gives me a whole new perspective for the diamond disabled.
Well, my walk is on hold for 3 months. On the other ER hand, my 14 hr fasts are going great. Have lost 13 lbs since I broke my leg and it feels great. Sleeping better too. So will keep up with intermittent fasting and 8 hrs of sleep nightly.
Good morning π there is nothing more motivating to get up from bed early in the morning than checking my weight and finding out I'm 63.5 yaaaay good bye π 64! Really hope I won't see you again.
Yayyy. It isnβt much but my weight hasnβt dropped in a while. So Iβm very happy with the results πͺπΌπ€
Happy Friday!!! Here I am and my stubborn weightβ¦ But I am ready to have a healthy weekend and make good decisions π lots of exercises and real food β€ wish me luck!
I was bummed out to see that i gained 0.5 kg instead of losing. But Imma keep going because I know that my weight tends to fluctuate during the week. I will reach my goal πͺπΌπͺπΌπͺπΌ
Green smoothie for the win πͺ
Protein powder, water, and 2 hand fulls of spinach π₯°
Evening run around the city. Started while it was still sunny and ended at night mode.
I am on day 3 of the challenge and let me tell you, I am still sweating like crazy. It was so fun, a real stress reliever. I was able to push myself harder and do some the harder versions of the exercise. The funniest thing about working out today is that my bird try to join lol. Yas another day done. ββ(βββ)ββ
So this was for yesterday, but the pic didn't upload: I am SWEATING!!! Just finish day two and man does it feel good. There are literal drops streaming down my body, so I know I pushed myself. Also I drank another gallon of water, so I'm on track with that. The only thing was that I had burger King, bagels, and cereal so again not the healthiest of days. I am down 2 lbs though so progress(γ»'v`γ»)οΌοΌ
Gallon of water, Done. Sometimes it's so hard! I'm glad though that I becoming more consistent.
I started a 14 day shred challenge with Chloe Ting. I am so excited. I was so sweaty after the first day. I feel myself changing emotionally and physically.
