It is time to get up
Day 9, ever so slightly im seeing a difference, the number I'm seeing on a scale is going down slightly and I'm feeling more energized most days. 66 days to go!
I'm finding challenges to stay dedicated to the 2 workouts but I will always find something to do even if it's an easier workout. Nutrition has been challenging, but I have been reaching my goals.
We are still studying today..π I almost finished the 3 volume for the preparation of my thesis. I'm very happy about that!π
I am continuing my daily journey to realize the thesis. I really want to make it! πͺ
My first challenge achieved!
My favorite part of the morning is the golden hour, when the sun starts to rise and there's a bit of fog looming the streets. It's so quiet and peaceful, unmoving but not stagnate. Like a picture that brings melacholic feelings. That's something to appreciate, that's something I'm very grateful to experience.
