I was a taekwondo player (red-I) and temporarily stopped due to some reason..
So today I've practiced kicks and punches and fights..
Feels amazing ☺️
I recently met an accident.. so couldn't workout for quite many days.. but ofcourse I was following my diet.. (little cheat treat)
Back on track again.. ✊🌻

Well yes its only +6 seconds from my last record… BUT… I made this attempt after full training and my shoulders were hurting. Also I reached 1 min so let's be optimistic ❤️
Still can't believe I did a 2 minute plank yesterday 😊
