Well on the 3rd day, I again run about 3.2 Km which makes the total contribution of 3 days is 9.6 Km. While at running today I felt some problems. The reason behind that I run around 4pm - 5pm In India. It is very difficult to run at this time. But I have no choice. There is too much hotness at this time.

#6 Six days of meditation in a row. I can't believe it! It's the first time I've meditated successfully. I'm happy about that. Now I'm going to resume daily meditation for the rest of the month. It's not an easy time and meditating in the morning, before I start doing things, it helps me a lot! π§π±π―
Yaaaaay finally back into loosing my tiny tiny grams again π I have to say that cheat weekend was not worth it. Felt like 5 minutes of pleasure then I felt the side effects for the next 3 days! I feel excited to eat clean today and exercise π happy Wednesday everyone
