8.7km in 1 hour improving slowly, I have run last 10 minutes backwards to avoid knee pain.

When your dog thinks you play with him but you actually try to jump rope. Reacht 700 jumps in 15 minutes. Not bad for the second day of the challenge, also it's nice to get in better shape and loose some weight 😎🧘‍♀️🌺
