Well coming on day 5, It was very interested day because I did some better workout. I run 4.8 Km and by adding this now total of my running is 17 Km in five days. By passing every day it is becoming more interesting because if I will not run for any 2-3 days then I thing I will lose the challenge. Hope I will reach the target.
Enjoying a little time outdoors
Evening run around the city. Started while it was still sunny and ended at night mode.
Very proud of this one !!! πππββοΈ
1 hour in the gym + 1 hour of running + finished audiobook at the 10th km. Today was a productive day!
So today I decided to change my route a little bit and it actually helped me run a little bit more in almost the same amount of time and even an even better pace which makes me feel really good about myself today. Life is not always easy and some days are harder than others but remember the only way is keep pushing forward one day at a time. πͺπͺ
Two weeks of resting from gym and running helped to increase the speed. 400m left!
Day 3. Today was a challenge, I was absolutely not feeling like going out, I was waiting for the sky to start falling down because it looks cloudy but that didn't happen. Anyways, struggling with a heartbreak so sometimes it's extra hard to get out and workout. One day at a time.
First time running 10 km yesterday ππ (8 km in an hour)!
Day 2, I felt a little bit better today. I woke up on time but couldn't get out of bed, hopefully tomorrow will be better. Regardless, was able to bag another 3.72kms πͺ
New weight record after a Sunday's run. Knee pain does not allow to push for more but distace is slowly improving!
The worst decision a man can make is to become comfortable.
It hurts, but thatβs all it does. The most difficult part of the training is training your mind. You build calluses on your feet to endure the road. You build calluses on your mind to endure the pain. Thereβs only one way to do that. You have to get out there and run.
This week 7 times in the gym, one rest day and a Sunday run. 5kg down in less than 2 months, looking forward to the second half of the challenge!
