πResult of 10 days of DIET π₯: I finished the ten days of diet with only vegetables and fruits. Physically I feel much better than before. My mind is also better, more responsive. It's just the beginning. Overall, I lost almost two kg. I think it's a good result!πͺπ

Hydrating the body is very important because it influences eac cellsβ functioning in our body. We try to be fit, drinking spinach cocktails and going on runs. Our awareness of the fact that if you take care of your body it will last longer and have fewer problems, increases. Many people, however, forget about one very important thing, namely proper hydration of the body. Doctor turn our attention to this issue because itβs vital. If you become dehydrated, no diet or nutritional supplements will help you. The organism will not be able to adjust. According to doctors, the ideal amount of water is around 1.5 to 2 liters per day. What is most important here is that itβs pure water - not juices and teas, and absolutely not coffee, that flush water out of your system. It is also important not to drink the water all at once, but in small, frequent portions.

You can't depend on your eyes when your imagination is out of focus. There are no great limits to growth because there are no limits of human intelligence, imagination, and wonder.
For me as a first-time snorkeler it was just overwhelming. It is hard to describe how it feels to see what is happening under water, it is like entering and exploring an unknown world. I enjoyed watching all the different fish, the colours, reefs and the whole marine life. After 45 minutes we went back to the beach and had lunch. Tired from all that new impressions and action in the water the food was even more delicious. With all the new power collected from the food and a short nap, we could not wait to jump in the water again.
Believe in yourself, take on your challenges, dig deep within yourself to conquer fears. Never let anyone bring you down.
