It was a great challenge. The goals of this challenge was to control my eating habits and stop binging. Can't say that i achieved it 100% but i am way much better 🤸♀️🤸♀️
I will make this a habit of mine but only
There's a mistake on the app so i calculate it myself. It was a great week. My goal for this week was to control my eating window and i did it well. 🤸♀️🤸♀️
I also tried omad but i couldn't last more than 5 days. It's not the time for omad for me. maybe later.
Still can't control my eating window properly so this week's goal is to control my eating window whatever its time
Miss 1day=45 walk outside or 30min walk at home workout 🚶♀️
I will use this session for the next 10 days

Wasn't great at all i stopped fasting for 3 days didn't feel like it!!
Well i don't feel like doing anything but this is the time to just push through hope i can make it :)
