It was a great challenge. The goals of this challenge was to control my eating habits and stop binging. Can't say that i achieved it 100% but i am way much better 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️
I will make this a habit of mine but only

Week 9
There's a mistake on the app so i calculate it myself. It was a great week. My goal for this week was to control my eating window and i did it well. 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️
I also tried omad but i couldn't last more than 5 days. It's not the time for omad for me. maybe later.

Wasn't great at all i stopped fasting for 3 days didn't feel like it!!
Well i don't feel like doing anything but this is the time to just push through hope i can make it :)
