Day 3: eating super clean and healthy
Hello Challengers, we are trying to pick low hanging fruits this weekend. Let us know which fix or small feature we should add during the weekend to make your lives easier. Post suggestions in the comments, winner will get the fix/feature and 500 $MTC reward! 😄
Sticking with the chocolate theme, I particularly like Tony’s chocolate. They have a mission to make the chocolate supply chain more fair for farmers and they highlight the real issue of modern slavery due to low cocoa prices. They are also adopting sustainable practices and actually give training to farmers so they farm sustainably too! More info on their website here https://tonyschocolonely.com/uk/en/our-mission
spinach, whose, broccoli, raspberry, red and black maca🥦
Handmade chocolate, crushed cocoa beans from Peru, I couldn't resist, I had to eat it all 😁 Once in a while don't limit yourself at all and give yourself what you want.
Morning coffee!

Added sugar changes the taste of food, and we are used to it

There is a a causal significant association between dietary patterns and depression risk
Dietary factors (low fiber, high fat, processed and high glycemic index foods) alter the gut microbiota and contribute to inflammatory skin diseases, like acne
Improving the gut microbiota improve depression and anxiety
Make your life sweet without sugar🥞🍓🍏🍍this is one of the Victoria Secret's favorite desserts, yet it is sugar free and so yummy 🤤😋
Well, here it goes… 30 days sugar free… can I do this? Yes I can. Will it be hard? Maybe. Can I stick to it to complete the challenge? Definitely!
The rules for this challenge were simple: absolutely no added sugars. Natural sugars, like those found in dairy and fruit, were OK. Artificial sweeteners were also off limits. As you'll find out, sugar is in everything, absolutely everything, which makes giving it up incredibly hard. 👀
